No.You must use a solicitor who registered in North Cyprus.You can use a solicitor of your choice or we will be glad you to introduce our solicitors.

What additional costs are involved when buying a property in TRNC?

Solicitor fees changes between £1000 - £ 1500 including drawing up a contract,Power of Attorney , purchase permit application and and other processes during your purchase transaction,Stamp Duty  fees %6 of the valuation made by Cyprus Land Regitry Office  and  %1 of the stamp duty charge , paid to local North Cyprus council and V.A.T %5 charges  by north Cyprus land registry office,is payable upon transfer of title deeds.

Should we make a will in TRNC?
