The coastal town of Kyrenia is famous for its old and picturesque harbour which looks pretty much as it did in 1914, however what used to be Carob warehouses are now restaurants and bars.
Here visitors can enjoy the stunning harbour views whilst enjoying a drink or two, either with a snack or main meal, usually fish, after which they can roam the narrow streets and browse the many shops.
Of particular interest is Kyrenia Castle and beautiful beaches.
